LIXIL Canada Inc. welcomes Gina Flinton as Senior Director of Marketing

MISSISSAUGA, ON.― LIXIL Canada Inc. has named Gina Flinton as Senior Director of Marketing, responsible for American Standard, DXV and GROHE brands.


As Senior Director reporting to Valerie Malone, LIXIL Canada Inc.’s GM & President, Flinton will manage and develop the marketing strategies and programs to drive brand preference and establish brand positioning in the Canadian marketplace, in close associationwith the LIXIL Americas team.

Flinton’s career includes a number of diverse and progressive roles that have contributed to a solid foundation in marketing experiences.  From developing and executing marketing strategies, to branding achievements and product launch success across various categories and industries, Flinton brings over 20 years of marketing results to her new role.  She has previously worked for top tier companies including Whirlpool, Canadian Tire, and Mattel.

Flinton holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, with a minor in Business Administration from Wilfred Laurier University.
